Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging

Partial Refunds

Items returned with signs of wear, damage, alterations, missing packaging, or any condition that prevents us from reselling them as new may be eligible for a partial refund only.

The refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
